To go ahead, we will need to set you up with an account in our system. You will be asked to provide the following details:
- Billing name
- Billing address
- Service address
- Contact person (Name, phone number, email)
- Any site specific information for our drivers
Once you are set up in our system, the operations team will email you with the first available service date. If this date does not suit you, please let us know and we will aim to re-book on a suitable day.
In regards to time, we do not provide a specific time as it depends on how long other work takes to complete. We can request the driver call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival to give you notice. On the day of the service, you can contact us and we can request and approximate time period from the driver based on how the run is going.
For CBD locations we often say we can be onsite within 3-5 working days of the order being received. For greater metropolitan areas we can normally service within 7 days. For regional locations we often will only pass through once every 2 weeks or once every 4 weeks.

The standard bin size is 240L which is the standard council bin size however we can also provide the smaller 120L bin.
A Grace staff member would need to do a site inspection of the stairs if the job is a one off service to ensure it is safe. If it is a permanent service, Grace would suggest placing a secure cabinet onsite rather than a secure bin.
All paperwork collected is securely destroyed via shredding. All facilities that Grace engages to shred our paperwork, use specialised industrial shredders which have a cut size of between 12mm and 16mm to ensure that meet Australian standards.
All paper collected is 100% recycled. Media and product destruction is recycled where possible. Hard drive destruction is recycled.
Yes, on request Grace will provide you with a certificate of destruction.
Grace is a National Association of Information Destruction (NAID) member, however not an accredited member as we do not own our own shredding facilities. Grace group however does hold ISO 9001 Quality accreditations and ISO 27001 Security Information accreditations. Grace police checks and clears all of its staff upon employment and again every 2 years. Grace audits all shredding facilities we engage on an annual basis via site inspection.
